Lions Senior Village is located in Shelby, NC providing beautiful and affordable one bedroom apartments for seniors ages 62 and older. Monthly rent is based on each applicant’s individual income. Some restrictions apply.

Each apartment features a full kitchen with appliances, a large bathroom and storage along with heating and air conditioning. We also have an activity room with a full kitchen and a library for socialization and gathering.
