We would like to introduce you to an elderly apartment complex that we manage locally. We provide quality housing at affordable rents for qualified low-income residents who are 62 or older, or handicapped or disabled. Rents are based on income with rental assistance available to those who qualify. Rental assistance may lower the rent below the basic rent for these one-bedroom apartments. A security deposit is required. The property is managed in accordance with the USDA Rural Development section 515 federal housing program.
