Located in Concord, NC, Wesbury Apartments provides fifty studio and one bedroom affordable housing apartments for seniors ages 62 and older. The apartments are located in a quiet setting yet minutes away from restaurants, shopping and medical centers.

Along with being spacious and well arranged, each apartment features individual heating and air conditioning and kitchen appliances. We also offer great places to socialize in our activity rooms located on all floors and a lovely outdoor patio and gazebo. Monthly rent is based on each applicant’s individual income.
