Adelaide Walters Apartments is a two-story, 24 unit apartment community which was built in 1984. It consists of 22 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom apartments.
All units are handicap accessible. Three units are handicap equipped. All applicants must be at least 62 years of age and meet eligibility requirements.
Applicants younger than 62 must be physically handicapped or mobility impaired and need the features of the unit.

A community room for social activities is available.

Our Service Coordinator works with residents to provide information to aid in making choices which help them “age in place” as independently as possible.
